Ken,

I agree the car is new or nearly new. Nice 1915 with the brass trim on the headlamps and side lamps. As always I wish we had a higher resolution photo. I don’t think it has a speedometer, but I think it may have the right front spindle arm that has the hole for the speedometer to fit into. I cannot make that out for sure one way or the other. And does it have a double wishbone? Again I’m not sure but possibly a higher resolution photo would help?

It has a Ford Special speedometer cable and small direct drive typical of 1915 production. Like this:
