Ken,

I agree the car is new or nearly new. Nice 1915 with the brass trim on the headlamps and side lamps. As always I wish we had a higher resolution photo. I dont think it has a speedometer, but I think it may have the right front spindle arm that has the hole for the speedometer to fit into. I cannot make that out for sure one way or the other. And does it have a double wishbone? Again Im not sure but possibly a higher resolution photo would help?

Jay as always thank you and others for posting the great photos! Who knows may be that was Blackie, my cut off when it was new?

It has a Ford Special speedometer cable and small direct drive typical of 1915 production. Like this:
