Am trying to construct trunk for my '21 coupe. Could anyone please post pictures of outside and inside of trunk and lid? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I believe I have a Coupe lid that you may be looking for.
Here care some pics of the lid. It has to be a
Model T Coupe lid as its almost identical to a 24-25 Coupe lid.
I have a 24 Coupe and this one is just a little bigger than a 24-25 lid.
The outside (top) measurments are 21 1/4" x 32 1/2".
The inside (bottom, fits into trunk) is 20 3/16 x 32 1/2".
Be aware that Model T sheet metal was not built to precise measurments as most measurments may slightly vary from one identical body part to another!
If this is for the earlier Coupes early 23 and back you can have this for the cost of shipping.
Its pretty straight and solid but needs sanding, filling and priming.
Let me know and maybe some one on the forum can tell if this is the correct lid for the earlier T Coupes.
Correction! The inside measurement length( fits into trunk) is 31 1/8 instead of 32 1/2.
Skip, sent some pictures to your email.
John,
The photo you posted of the Turtle deck lid looks identical to my '22 Coupe lid.
The 21 1/4 + or - would be correct for the early coupe. 18 1/4 is what the '24 -'25 were.

Thanks for the info Richard and Dennis. Like you said Richard the + or - may vary on these lids!
For information purposes are the hinges the same as the 24-25 lids? I had a set of those I sold last year to a guy who needed them for a 25 Coupe restoration.
The hinges are really hard to find for Ford T Coupes. I Never saw any at swap meets for years. Even at Chickasha.
Ford Price List of Body Parts lists 9481X Hinge (deck door) 1916-1923 and Hinge (deck door) assy 17401RX 1924. However the hole pattern looked the same and I used what I had on my 1922 thinking they were the same hinge. If there is a difference maybe someone will show an early hinge.
