Hi! I´m assembling the windshield of my Tudor 24, and some parts are missing, so I need some information. As you can see in the picture that I´m attaching, I need to know what part should be in the space between the windshield frame and the body. I also need to know the distance between the upper part of the windshield and the fixed part. Thank you!
You should have a metal trim that is fastened to the post and on this is a triangle part that is fastened to the trim and extends about 2 inches to the inter of the car. this piece has a threaded hole that takes the threaded knob that goes thru the swing arm to hold the windshield open. Sorry no camera at this time.
Thank you Jim! I hope other member will be able to post a picture about it.
Nice looking woodwork.

You only need enough space so that the two windshield halves don't interfere with closing. I have a little too much and the wind whistles through.

Thank you Richard! Those pictures are exactly what I needed!
Man Richard! I wish I could find some threaded knobs that nice for my '25 coupe. The ones from Langs were nowhere near big enough. I don't know what they are for, but they ain't for that! Dave
