Its been painted, weathered, distressed and soon ready to become my newest show car. All I need is a matching rad shell.
All mechanics has been or is soon to be rebuilt.
Next spring it will be ready for show. I have learned people at car shows love to look at these old cars that have not had thousands of dollars poured into them.
All body work had been painted with urethane semi gloss with a light spray of flat and then uncovered outdoors for the last year winter and summer. I was after a barn fresh look.
As for a seat, this car (speedster) came with a leather tucked bench type speedster seat. The leather on the back section is worn with a few small holes and seam tears. The seat is in surprisingly good shape.
I am really curious to see it all together!
Drive carefully, and enjoy, W2
