Bought a chassis and just got it running yesterday. It starts right up but has very small oil bubbles coming from #1 spark plug hole. It seems to run very good but sounds sort of loud. I changed the oil and found no metal or debris in the old stuff. I have the spark plug tight. is this normal? or do I have a problem. Harv.

Normal. Some people wrap a small amount of thin metal foil (kind found in cooking) around the plug to reduce this.

That is common. Compression is leaking past the threads. You can often fix it by putting anti seize on the threads or by using TFE pipe sealant.
