I like Stan's idea of screwing in a 1 1/8" tap and knocking it out from behind. I'll try it when I run into another of those babbitt/steel bushings.

looks like a large casting that might be a KRW combination stand with rubber hose or wire on it and some other random tubes...there is a drive shaft bushing puller laying on top of it!!
