The catalogs show an 8 piece set for the wood running board spacers for a 1914, 4 of them for the fenders. are these the exact same size as the ones under the running board? Any special washers/bolts for these?

Yes; the bolts have a special head and there are no washers used. The bolt ends were to be peened over after assembly at the factory. The nuts are carriage nuts, that is, square. The complete set includes all of the fender and running board bolts plus the special bolts and nuts for the gas generator.

I make these bolt sets; you can PM me or order them from one of the vendors.

On a '14, the front fender blocks are 11/16" thick and have a tapered edge to match the slope of the fender. The rear blocks are also 11/16" but are just rectangular blocks with no taper.
