Looks like it has the green painted sector in the headlamp lenses that came and went during the first half of 1921.

I have a '20 roadster just like this one, even with the dog bone motometer, but particularly with the three little windows in the back.

Almost looks like an Ohio license plate too, but it's kind of hard to say for sure.

Think too its a '21. Has accessory lever arm spring shocks too. Demountable rims, accessory tag holder under the headlamp bucket stem, running board tool box, nice ditch lamp on the windshield, dog-bone and Motometer radiator cap, electric start (absent coal-oil side lamps) :-)
