Haven't seen or heard from Erich for quite some time ?
The last time he posted anything was two weeks ago. Now I'm wondering too.
I expected to see him on the Can-Am tour.

I kinda thought so too, Bob.
He got a new job last I read, I don't know if that has changed his social life any.
Erich Bruckner has been MIA since 09/11, Seth from NC since 09/10 - life gets in the way of forum activity sometimes, I guess.
I'll give him a call today and rattle his cage.

Hey, any report of my demise is shady at best. I am humbled by the notice taken here and the concern expressed. It is true that my life has deviated from "normal" lately for a variety of reasons. For the most part, my new job has been taking up all my time. I has been quite a transition. The only bad part has been that this is the longest I have gone with clean hands in a long time. No driving or even working on my T. I do plan to go on a HCCA tour tomorrow though.
The new job is fantastic. I worked at the previous job for 28 years as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (Respiratory Therapist) doing adult critical care until about 7 years ago when I transitioned into full time Neonatal ICU and found my calling anew. Now I have changed employers to a far larger company as part of a team hired to open a brand new NICU. Such an opportunity I could not let pass. I won't bore you with the details further, but I am loving it. Lots of work now but it will settle out in a few more months or so.
Hope to see you on the trail. Wish I could have done the Can-Am. It looked like a gass. Next one.
Best regards to everyone near and far.
You're a lucky man........ .......how many work at jobs they hate for most of their lives.......?
Erich,
Good too hear all is well. We look forward to your posts when time allows,
Rob
Good on you Erich

Craig A, a wise man i work with said "its amazing how cheap a man will sell his life". its true
That's what my brother does, but for L.A. County. He's looking forward to retirement.
I will have to give a report on the tour tomorrow. I did get to go out and do a good oil, lube, air, water, grease, coil adjust, etc on my T. Always seems like the running boards have to be cleared off before doing anything with the T. Should be fun.
Erich, my daughter's twins spent their first days in the NICU almost eight years ago. You're doing good work...
Good on ya, Erich! I loved my NICU clinicals. I could definitely see myself working in that environment. But, I enjoyed mental health even more and was lucky enough to land a job in a psych facility as soon as I became a RN.
Eric --a mental health professional-- we greatly need you on this Forum. Stay close now ;o)
Agree, George. It's a fine line between hobby and insanity.
Erich did you see a lot of people with Sarcoidosis working in respiratory care? I have pulmonary Sarcoidosis and was curious. Thanks James
Pulmonary Sarcoidosis not at all common in my area of the country. Saw very few cases of it James.
Eric, it is great to do what you like most. Makes all the difference.
Here is the tour we got to do yesterday. We were the only T this time.

Was nice to get back in the saddle again, so to speak.
