That is a neat scene. If it were mine, I would sit back under cover with a hot cup of coffee and watch that for a spell, thinking of days gone by.
Either you built the body out of burled walnut or that's the best natural patina I've ever seen !

Looks like the inspiration for another Richard Eagle masterpiece!
It's just pine with thinned flat black and dirty, rusty water sponged onto it. Poor man's patina. The panels were way to far gone for me to save for a nice car. We sure have fun with this one.
I used Por15 inside all the panels and Varathane on the wood. I suspect it could last another 50 or 60 years outside but I will keep it under cover much of the time.
The door panel on this side is the only panel I had to make.
