That would that be a steam powered machine, what is it doing?
You can see the edges of the street are formed up and there are pavers stacked on both sides of the street. What is the boiler for?

No leaves on the trees, so it very well could be a cold day...you might be right Greg. Guess we weren't (aren't) the only ones using hot water to do cement work in the cold.
