Would this be considered a high-wheeler?
Durned headlight is in the way to see the name on the radiator!
14 spokes on the wheels. I guess that makes sense. A Model T sized wheel has 12 and a taller buggy sized wheel has sixteen. I guess it is in relation to the amount of fellow that will be between the ends of the spokes at the rim?

I think it is a Fuller.

This in fact is a Fuller. 2 cylinder opposed planetary transmission. These wheels were apporx 42" not exactly a "high wheeler" but hard rubber tired wheels.

The Fuller was an under powered car and even with the large wheels it falls short on performance. Fuller also offered a nuumatic tire model and many of the hard rubber tire cars were changed over.

A friend had on and it really was a hopeless 2 cylinder and it had been converted to smaller wheels.

just sayin'

The Gentleman behind the wheel puts me in mind of my late uncle Augustus Leonard Fuller.
