I bought a model t and it came with a pile of extra parts that I'm going to sell off. What is a model t transmission worth? It seems to be in great shape. Thank you.

Wait until something happens with your trans - then it's worth a lot to yourself ;)

But check gunman63's auctions on ebay - he sells 26/27 transmissions almost every month. They're expensive to ship, though. It's common with cracked drums, especially reverse drums, so they may bring more in parts if crack free?

I would sell no trans parts as like Roger says you may need them. Good drums are getting hard to find and new parts will set you back far more than you will be able to sell it for. MHO, KGB

Keeping is the best insurance ever.
If you DON'T have it chances are pretty good you WILL....... :-(

Yes, new reverse drums are $535 and brake drums are $595. You definitely want to keep it. :-)

I would at least clean the drums and make sure they're usable before you sock them away only to be bad 20 years from now.
making sure they're not cracked is a wise step.

We make the new drums and gears just in case you need them.
Thanks
