try searching the internet using just zim mfg and the date. You never know what you will find.

My first thought was a fencing tool. But like anything, once you know what it is for, it makes sense.

Zim Company made a lot of GOOD T Tools. An example is a very good piston vise for setting the wrist pin bolt.
