Curious if the TT tail lamp bracket (pictured on the left) is being reproduced...didn't see one listed on Mac's or Snyders website(s).
What year and bed do you have?
I was wondering same thing for my TT
Erick, I actually have a '26 RPU and will be using an accessory tail/brake lamp that bolts to the older style (1915-25) bracket like those shown.
The TT bracket pictured would be perfect for my application.
Hi Gary, Here is a selection that I have. The far right is the style I have on my 1925 TT with a metal express bed (also for the RP and the electric light). They gray one (I think they did or still do reproduce this one) is like the one in the above picture and the other middle 2 are a set Left and right which I am not sure what they fit.
A comment that may or may not help:
Based on what I see on my '18 TT, I'm not sure the early trucks, sold as a running chassis only, came with a bracket, just a tail light. From the look of mine, the light is a Ford light but the bracket appears to be more crudely made. I think the light was provided and wired with what Ford thought was enough wire length and the bracket was left to the bed builder.
Not fact, just what it looks like to me.
Erick, sent you a message. Thanks!
Duncan and Fraser used a bracket like the one on the right in Gary's photo, with the arm cut off. A piece of 2 x 1/4" flat was riveted to the tail light/number plate bracket and bent at right angles at the top.
I have found a number of these over the years. The length of the flat piece varies.
Allan from down under.
I have one like the left one in Gary's first pic. I don't need it. My email address is on my profile page. My cell phone is 479-790-4229.
