Fairly simple.

Resize as necessary to get the file size under 194K. A resolution of 150 dots per inch and a picture width of 6 inches works well.

If U have a Mac, it's easy. Drag photo to desktop, open it, go to tools and adjust the size.

Hal - Have never known how to do this, but we do have a Mac. After going to tools, and selecting "Adjust Size", it says nothing about pixels. What do you select?

Make a copy of the picture you want to resize, then select the copy and experiment! If you screw it up, just don't save it and start over. :-)

How do we get out of here, Moe? Push buttons!

buttons

Harold, you can set the two buttons on the right to pixels and pixels/inch by using the little arrows on them. I generally change number in the height box until I get 194 KB, but I limit the height to no more than 720 pixels so the picture will fit on the screen without scrolling.
