I was sorting some front springs to rebuild for my roadster and came across these. I have never seen markings like them. Any ideas?

I don't know, but what's the shiny casting with the 'Ford' badge visible in the background?
Perhaps they came off an old Diamond T truck
Dennis, they were on T spring which was missing the top 3 leaves.
Chris, that is a pair of nickel plated brass kick plates for a T. Duncan and Fraser most likely had them made as accessories for the T's they sold here in South Australia. I have them on two of my cars.

Ford used a lot of parts made by other companies. Perhaps those were made by some other company for Ford, or maybe they're off a Diamond T as Dennis suggests. I've seen a list of T era manufacturers and their marks online, but neglected to save it. Maybe you can find it with Google.
