So -- How many of you think this is a "real" 1927 closed-cab Pickup?

I mentioned one here a few years ago which I had seen in a private collection and was chastised for mentioning it. This one has Model A rear fenders, but otherwise looks to be '27 to me. Is this the "real deal"?
Mike - have a look at the pedals......
Model A fenders in the rear?`
Pretty crude conversion. Bed is a 28-mid 1930 "Model A" piece.
Nope. Improved Car Model T closed cab pickup is a myth.
The bed is a '25 bed, and has Model A rear fenders hanging on it. The body is a sedan body, '26 and has been crafted with the back section to fit a bed on the rear of the chassis.
Nice try. No cigar.
Earlier pedals, still a good looking rig.
It has the 26-27 coil box and fan hub, but narrow pedals and Made in USA on the head. Looks like the carb is NH, but a lot of 27's have those now. Johnny Cash built this one.
Johnny Cash would definitely be proud!..Here's "The man in black" in his final vid.

Dan, I'm pretty sure that's a Model A bed...in the one picture you can see the angle iron underneath it has the tell-tale double 90* bends and the fenders are bolted to a flange.
Wish we could get better pictures of it...that riveting on the made-up "cab" looks interesting
Gary
You perhaps are correct, if its A metal pickup bed.
eBay closed cab T
1925 bed
Model A bed, guess I thought all Model A beds have the circular mounting flange for the rear fenders.
All those rivets do look suspicious..........
I just threw this out there for the sake of discussion. Looks like it worked.
