I apologize for another "what year is it" post but the last ones were super helpful. Could you tell me what years this style windshield is for? Thank you

Thank you! For future reference how can I tell a 17-22 windshield apart from a 15-16 or a later windshield?

The later ones slant back at the top. The earlier ones are brass.

I should clarify, the posts on the later ones slant back.

I will add that the hinge halves on the 15 to early 17 are even and the mounting castings are riveted to the frame.

I look at the hinges. 15-16 have equal length arms, so that the upper and lower glass seams will be parallel when folded. 17-22 will have one arm longer than the other allowing the upper glass to sit above the lower glass when folded.

I do not see any side lamp brackets. That windshield must be for a 1919-22 touring or roadster with electric starting system.

Myself I prefer the slant back. I you had a chance to
drive a model A you're just looking at ya self...
instead of the road oh welll
