The rad that is on my 22 Touring that I picked up
must be an aftermarket rad....

Here is a picture of the water outlet. The
filler neck is shorter than usual as well.....has anyone seen one like this?

Burger, weird water is water that is wired into the radiator. It gets even weirder of drawn from a weir.
