Check for a good free nutral.Try jacking up a wheel to see if that helps.

What weight oil ? 30 or 40W combined with a little cold weather, you'd better be godzilla to handcrank it. Also forget a free neutral.

Jack up either rear wheel. Be sure to block the other one to prevent movement.

With the inspection cover off the transmission and the hand brake handle pulled to the upright position check to see if the 3 fingers are loose. If they are then you should be in neutral unless the lugs in the brake drum are so chewed up some of the disk are hanging up keeping partly it in gear. If the truck does not try and run you over when you are cranking with the parking brakes on then your clutch should be working. Could just be oil issue. Try some 10/30 oil and see if that helps. I had put 30 wt oil in my T, forgot it was in there, went to hand crank on a cold day, ha ha that was fun, not!

Don't block a rear wheel when you jack up the other rear wheel. Block both front wheels!

Another trick is to leave the hand lever all the way forward (in high gear) when parked. This squeezes the oil out from between the clutch discs, making it easier to crank when cold, and reduces creep when it starts. Just remember to pull the lever all the way back (to engage the brakes) before starting.

Ronnie,
Heres some periods to reinstall into your keyboard: . . .. . . . . ..... . . . .. . . . . . . . . . ..

If it has straight weight 30 it will be hard to crank if the temperature is under 100. Run 5W-30 and be sure the bands are not adjusted too tight. The brake pedal and the low pedal should be about an inch off the floor when stomped hard if they are adjusted right.

What's a keyboard without a period?

A keyboard without a period would be a male keyboard! All the other keyboards that have periods are female!
