Gonna drive my 25 TT to a get together about 8miles round trip this. Weekend I have it running pretty good been round the block several times if something happens and I need to trailer it home how is the best way to load it knowing the worm gear rearend will it turn seems a ring gear under load should not turn the worm gear am I thinking right here

It will turn, just put the TT in neutral when you're out for a drive - it won't screech to a halt as soon as the engine stops pulling it ;)

It's best to have a winch on the trailer when getting it loaded, though :-)

The difference from self locking worm drives is the multi start worm and the larger lead angle in the Ford TT worm gear.
