From the title the serial no.1363233. I can not read the body no. but believe I gave it to Hap a few years ago. It has the original radiator with the shroud mounting brackets. Door panels are vinyl covered cardboard. Equal size hinge halves. Seats have double row of buttons. Has firestone wheels with original type spare holder. When I got it the tank was about 1/4 full of hard varnish and the tires were so hard I had to cut them off. The ragged top had the oval top rear window. I believe this T was stored since before WW2.

Here's a photo of an original, unmolested '17 fan shroud and that never traveled more than 50 miles of where it was sold new in Washington State. I've been trying to buy 2 Model T's stashed in an old building and the '17 Touring is one of them.
