Has anyone checked this out ? Ebay item number 171541632151. Looks pretty decent from a newbie point of view
Late March 1927. It will need some work, but so far, with four days to go, the price is good. If it doesn't go a lot higher it will be a good buy for somebody.

Clean it up, make it safe, and drive it. Good thing it's on the other side of the country from me.
galvinized metal patch between the doors, where they typically rust
Odd spring clamp:
Maybe a bracket for accessory snubbers or friction shock absorbers?
The same style brackets on the front spring, but nothing seems to be connected anymore?
Another accessory spring at the center of the front axle, maybe a centering device for the tie rod of doubtful efficasy?
Looks like it's got a bad case of high blood pressure, hence the water pump. Wonder how bad that section between the doors really is, how much of the original metal is still there? Somebody put in that galvanized steel patch with rivets then bondo'd the hell out of it to hide the rivets. Still all in all, wouldn't mind having the car myself there's a lot there to work with...course my wife might not see it quite that way.
There right now as far as the wife goes , just bought a 26 tudor a few weeks ago , in garage now behind the 26 roaster pick up I started working on this year , showed her the touring and got "the look" ... Better not ....yet .
