The front wheel bearing seal retainers for pre - 1914 Model Ts are marked by the wheel maker. The wheels on the car were Prudden originally. Anyone want to trade a Prudden for a Hayes or vice versa?
The one on the left is stamped W Prudden Wheel Co Lansing Mich.
The one on the right is stamped Hayes Wheel Co Jackson Mich
The three in the rear are taller and slightly larger in diameter for later roller bearing hubs.
I have a string full of NOS ones that are plain, sadly. The mice in the barn they came out of ate the felts out for nests.

Royce: I have one or two. I will send them free a clear when I open up my shop nest month.
