I sheared this before, but I believe it is worth re-sharing. - IMHO
This magnetic wrist bracelet is great when you need to hold on to several nuts and bolts.
I just used it while putting the running boards and fenders on.
Great idea for us who lay a nut or bolt down while looking for the right tool to install or slide under a T then realize the part you were going to install is out of arms reach!
What a good idea! I haven't seen one of those before. Who has them for sale?
I had two of them, wore one on each wrist when I worked in the shop but I quit using them after a bad experience...While walking under a steel I-beam that supported the roof my wrists became attached to the beam and I hung there for hours until my wife came out to the shop looking for me. She got out the ladder and climbed up to cut the wrist bands to free me and I dropped to the floor. I'm now 3 inches shorter.
Bob-
Be sure to dip your bolts in muriatic acid to eat away the zinc and file the markings off the heads before you prime them. I believe square nuts were used there, too. I'm not being critical, but it is just as easy to do it right the first time!
I like your wrist magnets.
: ^ )
Cool! And maybe it'll help with arthritis too?
OGG...I just read your post Dennis...LOL... there ya go again!! I sure wish I had your quick wit!!
It has to be copper to cure arthritis, gout, and low T.
