For the past few years there have been few days I could not drive the Ol' TT due to weather. It's pouring rain here in the California Central Valley right now and the forecast is for more of the same for the next couple of days.
Finally! Bring it on!! Hooray!!!!!!
I thought Gov. Moonbeam outlawed rain, as it liquified earth surface contaminants, washing them into streams,
and threatening the One-Legged Squirming Darter's spawning grounds ?
I drove my touring yesterday. Just adjusted the brakes and getting ready for a parade Saturday. Today our "big storm, get out the sandbags" has finally arrived. At 10:04 AM this morning it started sprinkling! I would like to get about one inch of rain and then stop for the parade Saturday. Then it can rain again. We sure need it. The lake near here is so low I can see the bottom in places. We will soon be out of water unless we get more rain. Thankfully our well has not gone dry yet!
The rain showed up here early this morning and so far has delivered about an inch and a quarter. Looks like we should see a few more days of this blissful gift!
Mudslides, here we come.
raining good here in Gardenky, we need it for sure
Some parts of the state are supposed to get a couple of feet of snow. That will be a good start.
