Interesting vehicle. The wheels look like truck wheels. The body looks like a custom or modified "stretch" limo sort of a thing. Three doors on the right side, I wonder how many are on the left. Funeral coaches were built like that, as were some buses. Difficult to tell for sure, but the radiator shell seems to have the cut of a Packard. However the wheels sure don't show it.
I wonder what such a rig was doing with that big tire thing behind it.

Its a Flxible built on a Buick platform. Flxible
built a few more for Good Year air ships also.
Hugo Young Flxible Co. was in ca-hoots with
Charles Kettering so thats the long time involement
with Buicks for professional cars and Buick Bus
engines...

On top of the car it looks like an airship tied to a mast. You can see the little tower next to the tree on the car roof.
