The new MTFCI site allows me to post pictures tall enough to fill the screen vertically even if they go well over 200 KB, so I put up some shots of my timer repair to try it out. I really like the way it works.

OK, per my previous post on this site, I can't open your picture on the other site. Don't know why. I registered an account weeks ago. Now I see why others are frustrated with the new MTFCI forum. It was OK on the old style like this one.

Steve, the link to your MTFCI post opened right up for me and the pictures look great, thanks!

I'm going to keep trying to log in to their site, it looks like they have some serious help working on fixing its long-time bugs.

Steve, Just tried to open your pictures on the MTFCI site. No luck. To many bells and whistles on that site, I'll just stick to this one. Harv

You guys who are having trouble with it, contact the webmaster. Mike Walker did, and she fixed it for him. That's why those volunteers are there. If it takes a day or two it's because they're what? volunteers.

I have a couple of New Days I cleaned up using fine sandpaper. I believe there was another thread doing something similar like Steve's but using a drill press.
Seems like the guy used a rubber sanding pad and the stick on sanding discs.

I polished mine using some wet or dry fine sandpaper for a real polished surface.

Your looks pretty nice and after polishing it will be really nice.

Link worked great for me. I wonder if your anti-virus program is causing the hang up. I took Norton out of my system and all my connections work better. Try turning off yours if you are having problems and see if that works. If you are using Firefox, go to the thing with the 3 bars in the upper right hand corner. Open it and click on options. Click on the security tab and then saved pass words. Remove any and all saved pass words for the international site. Open the International site and reenter your user name and pass word and click save then open it. See if that works.
