Having read all the horror stories on this site about transferring a Model T title I thought I'd share my experience today. I am an Indiana resident, but rather than go to the Valparaiso BMV which is closest, I decided to try my luck in the small town of Griffith,IN instead. WOW! I was in-n-out in ten minutes. The woman that waited on me was very nice and never batted an eye when I told her what I was titling. She even corrected the model and body style for me.(was Ford, NA, CP)Now it's titled as a Ford, model t, 2DR(close enough). So I am now the proud "LEGAL" owner of my 1924 Speedster...Now the rebuild can begin. BTW it did have a clear IN title from 1975, but was owned by an older couple and the wife had passed away. The old man signed both places on the title when I bought the car. This could have caused a problem but it never came up.(don't ask-don't tell?) Have a Great holiday everyone! Rich
Congratulations! Good idea to go to a smaller and less busy office.
Thanks, here is a picture.
Good show, Rich !
Thanks Steve. I have to change the exhaust system so I can use this really cool exhaust cut-out that I acquired! ;)

Good on you Rich! I do the same thing... I go to Eatonville which is only slightly bigger than my home and they are great!
Wonderful! Congratulations!
I live in a small town. The best service I have gotten in many years was a snow day. People in Califunny are funny. Four inches of snow closes most of the town. So for one of my Ts, I went in on a snow day. I was the only customer in the place. The three people that had not gone home because of the show had little else to do. So I got great service!
Just an extension of the "small towns are better.
Drive carefully, and enjoy, W2
