Me thinks the guy in the middle is a young Willy Wonka.
I think that the two pictured with the hats and long ties are young ladies not men. Anyone ever heard of that candy? I assume the photo was taken in an English speaking country since the lettering on the car is English.
A lot of the old photos show cars with steel wheels. Better ride? Less accidents due to wheel damage?
With a name like that I would guess Wisconsin or Minnesota.
Great picture. So many delightful things about it. It's always a treat to go to a different time and place and this kind of picture can take you there.
Thanks again Jay.

Great picture
1920's disc wheels were about as heavy or strong as the hickory wheels from the same time, I think? Some brands used one style of wheels, other brands used many styles of wheels - I think you had a choice between wood or disc wheels if buying a mid 20's Chevy?
The young ladies looks dressed a bit like gentlemen from the 1860's?
Are the two gus at the front of the car, holding early version of Bruce's book ?
A quick google search suggests there is no online knowledge of what that product was.
