In another thread, a member requested that some pictures from an issue of Vintage Ford magazine be posted. To get an official read on whether this was OK, I emailed MTFCA leadership, here is Jay's official email reply back to me, quote:
"HI Mark:
Anything printed in the Vintage Ford, can be posted on the forum. With perhaps the exception of any pictures of me…the club doesn’t want to be responsible for making people ill.
Seriously, the club’s purpose is to inform and educate. Anything that we publish in the VF is perfectly acceptable to publish on the MTFCA forum.

- end quote -
Of course, common sense and good posting habits still apply - remember, once something is posted here it essentially belongs to the world, there's no control over where it goes from here or how it is subsequently used.
Nice to see that MTFCA isn't lawsuit paranoid/greedy. Wish this attitude prevailed with other organizations.
Thanks Jay/Mark.
