They go on either side of your radiator. This is from Berg's site but you can see the mounting clips installed.

And because of that, they now include the clips unattached and let the customer decide whether or not to put them on. (???)
By Allan Bennett - Australia on Sunday, December 28, 2014 - 06:46 pm:In Australia, those clips were only used on the tall radiators with the shell sides which were flared to follow the line of the hood. The low radiators did not have them.
