It looks like a Dodge to me. The experts will know for sure. Maybe 1924 or so.

Thanks, Erik, Brian
Just my opinion, not Dodge, radiator shell looks wrong, as does the windshield, top of the doors, and the rib on the splash apron.
I, of course, could be WRONG!!!
I'm with David. The lines look like a Dodge but it is too fancy with plated accents to be a Dodge. Also, a Dodge of that vintage with disc wheels had five lugs. Maybe something like a Moon or Hudson? It looks like there may be a Hudson triangle emblem on the radiator.
Erik
Dodges had higher, "froggier-looking" headlights, didn't they ?
It does bear styling resemblance to the 1928-29 Star, Durant, and Locomobile,
but I am way out of my league on this guessing game.
GPaw had one similar in the mid 20's His was an Oldsmobile disc wheels
Brian,
If you scan the photo at 600 x 600 dpi (Staples, office max, etc. can do that for you if you don't have a scanner) and then if you zoom in on the hub caps there is a fair chance you can read what make of car it is. Also you will be able to make out what the radiator badge says. As well as what size the tires are etc.
Also if you know where the photo was taken -- that can provide some clues.

It's a Maxwell. Probably 1923, or thereabout.
Way to go Jerry. All my expertise is with the Bad Maxwell s. This is a good place to get answers.

Thanks Jerry, just for grins I googled 1923 Maxwell images. One image was a green Avon cologne bottle the shape of a 1923 Maxwell. I immediately went to a shelf in my den and found a cologne bottle that my dad gave me years ago, and on the bottom of it said "Tribute After Shave Avon: Maxwell '23. Looks like not only do I have a picture of wife's great grandfathers Maxwell, but I too own a Maxwell. haha
Another Maxwell.
Brian,
No problem. You got me on a day when my brain is working.
