I got a good split rim with 1 missing lug.
I got one split rim with 4 good lugs, but the rim is on good, what is a good educated way to get one of the lugs over on my good rim.

Hi Eugene
I have fixed a couple of these they were swedged at the
Factory if you grind a little on the back side you can knock
Them out then clean up the rim hole and lug to get a good fit
Then mig weld it in I hope this helps

thank you Jim
You did just what I was thinking, but I wonder if I should bolt it to the rim so the hole would be lined up and the lug would not be tipped in or out, before welding.

Your welcome and that idea of bolting rim to wheel went
Through my mind but never made it to my fingers while typing
It's a good idea usually they tap in with a hammer and stay
Straight but if you had a little runout in the rim it would draw
It out if welded off the wheel it's what works for you
Good luck with it
