I have a rear hub puller which looks like the standard Ford issue one, but larger. I thought it was a TT puller, but it's larger than that.
Using a vernier caliper, the threads measure 2.485" inside. (A TT puller measures about 2.3".) Does anyone know what car or truck this is for? Thanks.
I'm no help, except to say that from checking a lot of them at swap meets I've found that they come in all sizes. Bigger than TT must mean a larger truck or a very big car. Packard? Pierce? Great Smith? No clue.
Thinking about it a little more, I'd also ask on the AACA and HCCA forums.
I was hoping because I need one, but it's not big enough for my 1924 Chev. one ton. The Chev. rear hub cap is 2.612 I.D.
