I think those are the big Chevs, not the 490s.
Quarter-elliptic front springs make these 490s.
The slanted back windshield was a new feature for 1918. These are not 1920 though as they have single rear windows in the tops and splash aprons appear to be for straight fenders ( no reverse curve at the running board).
