Note that the letters P.M.G. stand for the Post Master General's Department, a Commonwealth of Australia Government body in charge of mail, telephone, telegraph etc.
The C prefix number plate is for Commonwealth vehicles.
Well NOW we know why U.S. Mail got the nickname "snail mail"....got it's first training on a slow-poke TT!!

Some TTs. All have skinny tires in front unlike some of the Southern TTs that used the heavier wheels and tires in the front as well as the rear.
