Those cars must have been incredibly dirty. Look how dark the girls' stockings are compared to a black Model T. And someone swiped the sidelamps.

The guy cranking the car looks like he's "spinning"it. The first car also has two accessory windows in the rear panel of the top.

In the back ground there is a buggy heading the other way, bet they had to kill the engines to let the horse pass.
Spinning on mag is not the same as spinning on battery. Maybe the first car had a repaint in a lighter color and just has not had the lights put back on.

I am guessing the cars are old enough for the first one to be on it's second top. Or are they in a land where oval windows is what they were furnished with?

Replacement top I would say. No drivers door so not Canadian. Must be a few years old because the third car appears to have the '17-'22 triple window top.

Gilbert, no one swiped the side lamps, I advised the owner to improve fuel economy and add speed they should remove them.
