Mount for single head light. Might be one of the self contained ones. Light and gas generator all in one unit.

Jay you really amaze me!
This car was OLD when this photo was taken. But it was in the teens or early 20's. This is why it is sooo hard (almost impossible to FIND an ORIGINAL car! They installed whatever they could find, trade a "pie" for or replaced what broke back then.
