Thought it might be of interest to some.
A few years back "Top Gear" -BBC, laid waste to a 928. The V8 block appeared as their stage table.
Make that a V12!
Top Gear = RIP. My favorite TV show for the past 10 years. Hopefully Jeremy Clarkson and Hammond and May will find a niche somewhere else.

Is the top (original) photo a 4-71 Diesel? It is obviously a sleeved engine, and appears to have only one bank of cylinders.
As in the title of the thread it's a V-8, to be specific it's an Aston-Martin V-8.
