Mid 60"s and a dry road it's time.Charged battery, added fuel, checked spark, pulled lever all the way back, adjusted mixture,5 pulls with the choke pulled, turned switch to batt, and Lizzie started!Added hot water and a qt of anti freeze then went for a nice drive. Backed in the garage, retarded spark, counted to 5 and turned off switch.I waited for 4-5 seconds and turned switch to batt.Lizzie started as it should.Maybe next time out i'll change the oil and grease everything.Bud in Wheeler,Mi.

Bud,

I'm glad it is starting and running good for you. One of the things I like about the Ts is if you store them in a dry place they will usually be ready to go in short order. (Ok with most of today's gasoline -- we need to add a stabilizer or drain the fuel when we store them.)

Respectfully submitted,

I used to simply burn up old gas but i don't drive the T in winter anymore but i have yet to have trouble with gas. I need to look at the Anderson timer but there hasn't been a wrench on the engine since yours Joe!! Bud in Wheeler,Mi.
