I am looking for front and rear tapered leaf springs for one of my 1914 tourings. The original front springs on my untouched car has 6 leaves. The set I found for sale has 7 leaves. What is correct? Am I missing a leaf in my original car or is there an extra leaf in the set I found? How many are suppose to be in the rear?
I would use the bronze bushings, even after mid-1914. I'd rather wear out and replace bushings than shackles.
