I found another part in the parts piles I do not know what is. The bolt and nut size is 3/8 inch. The threaded area of the L-bolt has a "flat" machined on it. The washer has a flat in the hole to keep it from turning. The handle is "free to turn" on the bolt. The handle also has a raised "bump" to either keep it in position or act as a cam ..???? There are four of them, not sure if I have 2 pair, four of a kind, or one set.??? I have no clue what it fits ... Any ideas will be appreciated ....

Thanks Kenneth. They are part of a lot of NOS dealer stock from the old Eldorado Arkansas ford dealership. Does anyone have a pic of them on a carbide generator. Thanks again ....
