What is the brand, style, or type of distributor is this?

Looks like one of the made in Argentina Distributors from the mid 1960's. Those distributors would only mount correctly using the 26-27 fan bracket. That's a really unique way of mounting using the pre 26 fan set up. What's with the fan belt and idler pulley? That probably also made it hard to mount vertical.

Are parts available for it? I assume it is centrifugal advance since it is bolted solid?
And the spark rod is not hooked up.

Is it a stock cam cover or a special one for this distributor?

Seems like they got the fan to work with whatever random parts were on hand that day. . .
