With the plow shear front fenders, I'd say 1906 Cadillac
They called that style a "Tulip" body. Cadillac offered both that and the straight body in both runabouts and touring cars for a couple years around '06 to '08 I think. The Tulip body style was taken from European styling at that time. The Cadillac was mostly a well-built one cylinder for the first several years. I think their first four cylinder car was about 1906. But that is the one cylinder car.

I have one, a 1907 Model K with the tulip body. Great car. Last year it did the New London-New Brighton 120-mile run in Minnesota, as well as a very hilly one-and two-cylinder tour in Maine.
