That looks like a Zenith carburetor for a Model A Ford.

1928 Zenith with cast levers. Clean off the bowl; early ones say Zenith with no number. Later ones had a 1-2 or 3 to differentiate manufacturers.

One more thing. Since this appears to be an early Zenith, there is a possibility it might be a dual venturi model which which would make it early '28.

Snyder's catalog has pictures of the double venturi and you should be able to see whether yours has one by looking down through the throttle plate.
