Nice older put together. The running board brackets looks like 1921 and newer, so the frame is newer. The smooth pedals indicates a 1916 or newer transmission. I would have mounted accessory brakes before driving any distance since it has an accessory Warford trans that leaves you without the transmission brake should it ever slip in neutral.
