We toured the Mount Raineer area Saturday with our local HCCA club members. 5 cars, 1913 Cadillac, 1913 Pullman, 1913 Stanley Steamer, 1913 model t speedster and the "tetnus express"

We drove some 60 miles, beautiful weather excellent views of the Mt and great roads little traffic, just the kinda day for a drive in the country.

You ask what is the tetnus express? Our very original very rusted out 1912 barn fresh model t touring. The nickname comes from my daughter who is in the medical profession and won't let the grandkids ride until they have current tetnus shots.

just sayin'

I'm assuming the orange strap is the horn mount? Love it!! Red Green style all the way! :-)

Agree with Dan. Looks like a pretty well preserved / original car.

The orange strap was a "on the road repair" Seems the glue separated on the finger joints of the wooden coil box. So the strap was used to squeeze the box back together to finish the tour.

I did take the 1912 to a local car show a few weeks ago, and a guy asked me when I intended to paint the car. Straight faced I told him I just finished it. He was speechless just turned and walked away shaking his head.

just sayin'
