My all stock 1910 touring experiences brake chatter just before coming to a complete stop. I think the car has Kevlar bands. What is the solution to eliminate this?

In my experience Kevlar bands have an uncanny ability to be in cars which experience drum fractures. If there is anything not exactly perfect with the adjustment or operation of Kevlar lined drums I would suggest not running the engine until the problem is resolved.

My personal suggestion for a chattering Kevlar lining is to replace it with a wood lining. You can bend your own wood or procure a lining from Jim Guinn.

IMHO, T.H.
